EBR Earth Works Inc.

EBR Earth Works is working on a project very close to my home. This morning they hit something underground jolting my home creating cracks that were never in my ceilings, in the bedroom, centre hall and front door hallway ceilings. I spoke to one of their employees on site and he basically said it was from the garbage trucks. Not the right response. He knew exactly what had taken place. REALLY!!! It was his co-worker sitting drilling in the machine he was running. I then called their office. The person who answered the phone would not give me his name and had not much to say. I guess his tongue was tied. The machine stopped working for a while once they received the call from me. No callback from this company. No customer service what so ever. No response is the wrong response. They know what they did so fess up. This group has been doing sloppy work since they started work at this property. Another example was they hit the adjacent home with their equipments shovel and caught their shovel on electrical wires. They didn’t acknowledge that either. They are not a safe company to employ. Beware!
