When I called to find out some information the lady was super rude and didn’t want to answer any questions. So I asked how do I pick the right firm if you can’t ask questions before hiring them. She just didn’t get it and has a poor attitude towards potential customers. You never go to a restaurant pay the bill upfront and then order what you feel like because they’re not gonna know the total of your bill just like they don’t know whether you’re going to hire them or not so they answer basic questions and that’s how you find out that they’re good for you because they’re willing to help you out. I would not recommend these people to anyone.
