Surprisingly good service! We had an issue with a window what was off it’s track and they not only fixed in within a reasonable amount of time, but showed me how to remove the panel if I needed to myself. They also noticed an issue with the windshield wipers that needed to be fixed. Everyone was polite and helpful. I would return for service.

Jonathan was very helpful! I went in to install Tag System on my new car. The car was ready within an hour and half. Excellent, will come back for other needs in the future.

Had my front windshield changed when it developed a long crack. Excellent service from all the staff members, and the mechanic even screwed back the buttons for the window, which were falling into the door!And I advise getting aquapel. The place that does my grease treatment usually just puts it on the front window; Lebeau can put it on all of them. It makes a huge difference because the water turns to droplets; which in turn is easier to scrape off when it turns to ice. It really does work.And I replaced my not-worn-but-cheaper napa wipers with some trico ice ones. Big difference to be honest.Recommend!

Went to Lebeau to get a Tag system installed in my new car and would highly recommend this location again. Appointment was made quickly and the staff were friendly and informative. The appointment itself was smooth from start to finish. Fast, efficient service. Thank you!

They cracked my windshield while repairing a rock chip. They just said oops and expected me to pay for the new windshield. If the work might cause a windsheild to crack, maybe have someone sign a waiver saying they consent before beginning the job? I am expected to pay $1,200 for a new windsheild because the technician didnt do the work properly??Update: I was contacted by Lebeau's regional office about the situation (thought this would be good news). They said they would follow up and get back to me with a proposed solution however I haven't heard back from them in a month. I suggest staying away from this company after my experience both locally and with the regional head office customer service is definitely not their forte

Service was polite, prompt and very efficient. They promised my car would be finished within 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. It was ready in 35 minutes!

Excellent service for remote car starter installation. They are very focused on the customer and they take the extra step to make sure you’re satisfied with the work. Too bad they’re not open on weekends!
