I still love our 2010 Kia Soul. Kia cars are well built. We had one experience with the parts department and it was awful. We were accused of breaking a part and they wouldn't respect the warranty. As soon as we finished paying off the car we started getting calls to come and buy another car. I had to get angry before they stopped calling us. So I'm taking our business somewhere else next time.

It's a total rip off. Your best bet is to shop around . If something goes wrong with your car, don't go here, it's to pricey.
