Friendly and super knowledgeable staff, plus an incredible selection of model kits of all sizes, skill level, and genres. Also tons of tools and accessories for any need you could have from kit building, to painting, to scratch building, and of course trains. Need something ordered.....again, they will do their best to get you what you want.

Great staff and store! Went in to purchase a model airplane for my grandson. Wasn't sure on age appropriateness, etc. The gentleman who helped was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful! I'm sure we'll all be very happy with the purchase and we look forward to going back. Highly recommended!

Better than the store near me in London. Great selection of model tanks ( my favorite). Lots of choices in paints. The shelves are a bit disordered but no problem taking your time looking .I will be back here whenever I come to Windsor.

Just met the new owner. Friendly customer service and good selection of model kits and train supplies. They also have a wide assortment of puzzles and wooden vehicle kits also. They also have a wide assortment of Anime figures to paint and build.

Neat little store, packed wall to wall with cool stuff. There's Gundams, model planes and military vehicles, tons of model cars. They have all kinds of paints and glue and pigments, tons of modeling tools like brushes, decals and flocking. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable, beginners will feel comfortable asking questions and getting advice.

Great hobby store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and good selection of products. When I walked in and started browsing paints, staff came over and provided me a basket to keep everything together. Also when I checked out, they made sure I was getting the correct products (I had a mix of lacquer and acrylics for different projects)
