Incredible staff and great management! The employees are some of the most dedicated and compassionate people you will ever encounter, and the Administration Team are great people to work with! I truly enjoy and love being a part of this organization!

Must've been an alright place to live 2 or 3 years ago according to the ratings. I'm a quadriplegic and cannot get guaranteed service by the staff because of poor management. They should train all of their staff in case of emergencies or have some sort of backup plan. On the other hand, the staff seem nice but they will lie to your face in order to get out of doing your complete care. They will also always rush you causing unneeded stress in an already stressful situation. If you're a quadriplegic or completely paralyzed, stay clear of this organization (if you can even call them that).
