The whole Downtown area is beautiful and worth to visit. Surroundings are full of beautiful buildings and clean roads.All facilities are useful and helpful for people.

The landlord marc and giele keep damage deposit illegal and I had prove and never did repairs we had no stove fir 6 months we had to used microve and there was no running where for 3 weeks this rental place is a joke they never answer there phone they don't give you proper information this rental board are not fot tenants they are for the landlord it's all about money

No consistency on information given. I called one day and got certain information. Followed that information and got a notice of eviction the day after (eventhough they ensured I would not receive one). Called back the day after and I was given different information. This isn't a one time occurence either because I've called in several times throughout the last 6 months and I've experienced the same type of service. This organization is a waste of money.

Nine times out of ten the RTB’s on the landlords side, it’s really all about the money… Even with mould and illness due to landlords negligence, they take tenants on a runaround for repairs and claims. They hardly move a finger for the handicapped or elderly people, immigrants or low income families. Would suggest renting in any other province.

Worst customer service never willing to help and don’t rent in Sussex winnipeg. You will get into big debt

Though all the negative reviews. They’re still there mediocrely handling tenants cases. With obsolete processes from Stone Age and a limit psychopathic culture.I would never encourage immigrants to come to Manitoba and rent a place here. No one got your back in case landlords violate contracts and landlords are never held accountable. They have their connections in the RTB.

As crazy as it might sound, but in Canada, in 2023, The landlords-biased RTB don’t offer online payments solutions. A solution that a corner grocery store would have since a while… just a third world agency funded by Manitobans tax money in a developed country and managed by mediocre incompetent biased egotistical people.So disgusting.

Landlord illegally kept my damage deposit and the rtb did nothing to help. I had proof they changed documents and even hydro told me they illegally charge tenants and the rtb did nothing about it. I got some of my deposit back but not all that I was entitled to. Rtb gave no explanation just basically said case closed. My phone calls were a nuisance and they did nothing to teach the landlord they can’t do this to people. Useless govt branch.

These people are usless its Monday today and when you call in it says they are not open on Holidays today is not a holiday and it keeps saying call back when its not a holiday there is tax payers paying for these lazy people again to do nothing

This agency has to be shut down. Is just waste of money and time from both side(tenants and landlords) I have a tenant who is not paying rent for almost two months, always excuses and bad life luck. So if I go and change the locks of my house doors they will send a sheriff, because is legal for me to do that( no matter that's my house, my mortgage, insurance e.t.c) for me is illegal to do that, but a tenant can live in my house with no paying rent, IS LEGAL. How about you guys will pay my rent for the next two months until hearing day will come, and maybe after that when you will apply to work for tenancy Branch you will know, that some taxpayers are struggling because of your department. I don't get it, why does exist this department here, any way they don't do anything.
