Great service, have used them in the past to maintain three multi splits with seven inside units. Yes, I would call them again, and yes I would highly recommend them.

I bought a home in December of 2016 , and had purchased 2 mini splits by Conair ventilation . I've never had both working at the same time because it takes 6 months for them to return a phone call. I paid (in full) in December 2016 for both, however only had one in my basement until this past summer when they finally installed the one upstairs. When they came to install it i told them the one in the basement was leaking and caused the walls to mold . I'm still waiting for the part to arrive for them to fix it.

I had purchased a house 4 years ago in Moncton area. The mini split that was already installed quit working a few weeks ago. I found out from the seller whom I purchased the residence from who installed it and voila, ConAir was the original installer. They verified by the units serial # that there was still 3 years left on the warranty. Service on Wednesday August 24, 2022 was very professional, quick and done on time by a very professional technician, Peter. Thx a bunch! Highly recommeneded

We purchased an 18000 BTU Gree unit, the installation went smoothly and the unit has worked great. The installer was informative and very helpful when it came to showing us how to operate the unit.Customer service however is unfortunately another story, we've had to repeatedly reach out with the same request with either no reply, or no follow through, for instance we've been asking about replacement filters for more than two months now, and still haven't received an answer as to how much they will cost us to purchase, or even where we can get them.While the company was great to deal with when making our initial purchase, we still need to purchase two more units and I'm very quickly finding myself reconsidering purchasing through ConAir.::Update::It's been a year since I'd written the original 5 star review then later updated it to 3 stars after a bad customer service experience. I'm now downgrading it to a 1 star. It's been about 5 months since I was told it would take 1 to 2 weeks to get and would be advised when they came in. It's been absolute radio silence since. I realize a filter is a small thing but when you spend $5000 on something you expect the subsequent service to at least be there when you need it. Do yourself a favor and spend the money elsewhere. I know we will.
