Good size store with a good selection of products. The produce offering is usually good with decent variety. The deli and saldas section is awesome and the staff is really helpful. Lines move quickly at checkout. Parking underground is free.

Found a very obvious human hair in the lamb chops upon opening the packaging — I believe it was packed by Metro as there’s no brand / company label on it other than the Metro label. Really turned off & wont buy again.

Purchased a cake for a birthday party from the display case. It was completely frozen through when we went to cut it. Found a hair in the cake after thawing and serving.

This store has plentiful items. The location is accessible and covenient. However, as I know, it does not have any dedicated parking lot.

I bought frozen shrimps, these were defintely defrosted for some reason and they re-freeze just to sell. They are absolutely not edible, it smells like ammonia before cooking them, the odor gets even stronger when they are cooked. This isn't the first time they've done this to their frozen shrimps; it's beyond selfish and irresponsible.

No one at customer service for over 15 min…when I tried asking the lady at self check-out she said she won’t page, they are probably on break. Super rude customer service by lady in self checkout. Not sure why she would get a job dealing with customers when she clearly hates it.

Sunday morning last week i came to store to purchase Kombucha. Choose on sale. Cashier said no sale talk with customer service. I talked with service they were arguing and rejecting sale. I said let's go and check than your shelf it's on sale 100%. They went with me and were trying to prove that name on the bottle and sticker on shelf doesn't matter because id number of item matters more , so after that we found out that 6 items on shelfs which were marked on sale are without sale. After that cashier said: oh he doesn't want to pay that amount" after I left all items on shelfs. I don't mind to pay 5$ per bottle. It's not about that

It's our go to Metro. Its convenient and has all the stuff you'd want in a local grocery store. Also has a Tim Hortons inside. Hot food and deli station is pretty good. Occasionally the meat section will be bare.

A bit small for a supermarket but has most things. The bread section has a lot of variety. Frozen food is also extensive.Prices are very reasonable. Has a wine store inside but no beer or other liquor.
