It is a Great location and has friendly staff members! The manager, Nadjane, always provides feedback and is open to answer questions. I really recommend it!

Quick maintenance and helpful staff.Moved out due to a bed bug infestation though.

Good prices considering the location also they answered fast to my questions

If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive apartment in one of the better areas of town, CapReit's 23 Oriole Road may be a good choice. Midtown Toronto has many amenities, is safe, with good but expensive shopping and excellent access to transit (two subway lines, streetcar, and the Avenue Road bus, although the bus is unreliable), although the area has a reputation for being rather sedate (some would say boring). However, CapReit is a very intrusive landlord, with frequent inspections that require a signature. I found the superintendents for my building, who actually lived in the building next door (also owned by CapReit) very persistent in demanding that I participate in the landlord's frequent inspection programs, but totally disinterested in serving tenants' needs, who they seemed to regard as a nuisance. They actually tried to evict me once when my rent payment was posted to their account a few days late, by TD Canada Trust I might add, and any time I asked for maintenance they complained and did a sloppy job, including re-enameling a bathtub that wore off in no time after telling me they would replace the tub, a shower that never worked, a towel rack that fell apart because the superintendent begrudged using four screws and only used two, a ceiling vent that fell off in one day because it was repaired using duct tape, and an air conditioner that was never properly cleaned even though it was included as part of the lease. The windows were drafty and the carpeted floor was a trap for dust and mold. I was also burgled and the landlord took weeks to replace the broken window because they did not want to install a more secure window but tried to replace the window with the same cheaper type of window that was broken into. The glass was very thin and the windows were drafty. During the winter, the heat was barely adequate. The kitchen light was old and finally the fixture broke. However, utilities were included in the rent and my corner apartment looked out onto a pleasant green space that entertained my cat.
