Kenny is the man! Came in from out of town and the tire on my rental blew. Everywhere I tried could only source the rare tire in 3-4 days whereas he was able to source it, get it in stock, and swapped the next day - over a long weekend too I might add.. This guy is a gem! Super friendly and knowledgeable too - Highly Recommend!!!!

Kenny was so pleasant to deal with, I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a good deal on tires, and a reliable and knowledgeable person to fit and balance them.I called Urban Reifen late on Sunday afternoon after discovering a bulge on one tire, caused by failing to dodge a bad pothole. Despite not having made an appointment (as mentioned on his website) Kenny agreed to meet me at his other business, and came out to look at my tires right away after I got there. After a quick inspection he gave me a couple of suggestions for tires in the right size for my car, and then followed up via text within 15 minutes with 4 options, with prices / availability / estimated arrival times.I had some concerns about possible damage to the rim, after hitting the pothole - Kenny confirmed the rim was fine, and reassured me by explaining about how a tire bulge indicates at least 80% of the force of the impact has been taken by the tire, if a bulge does appear. Without asking for it Kenny also made sure that all 4 of the tires on my car were fully inflated before I left, even though only 1 was being replaced.I'll definitely be returning to Urban Reifen for any future needs for tires and wheels. Thanks Kenny!

Got me in last minute at 7pm at night. Fixed my flat tire on my 2021 challenger. Was fast service and Kenny is very good at what he does. Very respectful too! Definitely recommend!

Update 13Nov:Always available for a last minute tyre swap. This is the local business you should be supporting. Kenny is the best.Here's why I would go back:- Kenny was patient and answered all my questions. I had many of them as this was my first tire swap in Canada- My appointment time was honored. I booked on the same day and was in and out in 30 minutes. No wait time.- Took great care while installing and uninstalling all tires and alloys.- I found out about Hungry Ninja (a Japanese and Korean snack store) Kenny runs; I will visit soon as Google reviews indicate that it's an excellent store, just like the tire workshop.

Great experience!!!! I had them mount, balance and install my new set of tires/rims for my vehicle and it took about 1 hour. The guys were super friendly and professional, the interior of the shop was very spacious and smelled amazing due to the onsite café. I wish I had tried some of their pastries and coffee. Definitely will be my go to place for tire related needs!!

Kenny (owner) is a super nice guy! He knows what he does and very considerate. He know what is best for the customer and has great attitude towards customer service regard. It's my first time dealing with him and I am very satisfied. Definitely gonna recommend to anyone who needs tires and rims.

Kenny, the owner, has mounted and installed new tires and performed seasonal tire swaps when the bolts/nuts were too tight to remove on my own. He does everything with care and his hours are very convenient. Highly recommended.The only thing misleading is the showroom/waiting area does not exist anymore.
