I have been using Ekwa Marketing in my dental practice for the past 6 months, and I am a very happy client! They have been responsive to all my needs, and have made the marketing aspect of my practice much easier to handle. I love that my new website represents the feel of my practice, and that the original content has greatly improved my SEO ranking. We have seen a growth in new patients that have found us online, and look forward to continued growth as a result of our partnership with Ekwa.

They send recruiters and headhunters without doing proper background checks or research with hopes to bolster their employee ranks yet fail to meet the most basic courtesies of timely responses and clear communication. I had to follow up on a job application with this company (they reached out to me and not vice versa) for almost an entire month without hearing from them, only to hear that my application was rejected (no reason given). Upon pointing out how unprofessional the whole process and exchange was, this HR person named Sanjala proceeded to block me on LinkedIn. Very unprofessional conduct and definitely a big waste of time. At least have some professionalism when it comes to handling recruitment.

Out of the dozen's of dental specific website and marketing companies I have engaged over the last 5 years of my sratch practice, Ekwa is the only company that performs and executes as advertised.They understand the nuances of web development and website performance, they excel at doing the behind the scenes work to make your website track; in other words, follow the rules and algorithms Google and other search engines require for your website to rank.No other company has delivered the level of website performance for my practice the way Ekwa has shown. My Lighthouse web performance scores only began to increase once Ekwa took over. All other web companies I've worked with or had consultations with seem to emphasize one thing....build a new website. Whether the new website build improves performance doesn't seem to be apart of most marketing companies' strategy.Make sure you have a consultation with Ekwa before you ever enterain another website company or marketer again.
