Vincent Vimal is my tax guy at Liberty Tax in North Burnaby. He is very knowledgeable and I have full faith and trust in his execution of my tax returns. Vincent takes the time to answer my questions and give explanations as well as handling any required follow-ups with CRA. I have recommended friends to Vincent and they are equally happy with him.

Vincent was very friendly and thorough. He patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. While I understand it is a busy time during tax season, it would have been nice for front desk staff to keep us updated regarding wait times (we weren’t seen until almost 20 minutes after our scheduled start time). That being said, we’re very grateful for the help. Thanks Vincent!

I initially thought I had a good experience doing 8 years of back taxes which cost a little over 900.00 for an hour of time with Anna. Later in the day I realized I needed to make 4 small T1 adjustments which took 5 minutes, which was partly my mistake, but also could have been something she could have picked up on as a tax expert.When I came back later in the day to do these corrections which took 5 minutes, she insisted on charging me another 45.00.Honestly, I was floored by the lack of compassion and price gouging for the extra 5 minutes of her time.I will not do my taxes here again.

I’ve been doing my taxes for my company with Vincent for years now. He makes the process incredibly easy and quick while explaining everything in great detail. Could not recommend it enough 10/10!

Vincent has been doing my taxes since I moved to Burnaby in 2019 and has always done a great job and given me valuable insight at times regarding tax savings. Very efficient and quick as well, I continue to do my taxes here in spite of having moved to White Rock.

I would not recommend that any young person or student go to Liberty as they have not demonstrated the due diligence, expertise, care, or respect necessary to provide a professional and accurate service.I chose to do my tax return with Liberty Tax because I was worried that I would miss something. However, Liberty Tax made an assumption (confirmed by the CRA) on my tax return assessment that has resulted in consequential charges with significant impacts on my life and wellbeing. I tried to speak about this urgent and serious matter with an employee at this office for almost three weeks and followed up numerous times before they called back, with belittling and disrespectful communications and no accountability. I would not recommend this service.

Anna at Liberty Tax Burnaby is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been coming to her for years for myself and my family. She has always been amazing to us, and helped unbelievably. I love doing my taxes with Anna, and she’s my go to. She cares about her clients and her work speaks for itself. Thank you.
