I went into Gianella with a wheel with perfectly good inner tube and a broken spoke. They repaired the spoke, but returned the wheel with a punctured inner tube.No problem: mistakes happen. I took the wheel back so that they could repair the puncture they caused. Nope. They decided that I would have to pay for a new tube. I pointed out that the tube was fine when I brought it in and was now punctured, and that the party who punctured it (i.e. Gianella) should really be responsible for replacement regardless of how the tube was damaged in their shop. This logic failed to sway them, so they have turned a happy regular customer into a disgusted ex-client for about $10.I like the idea of supporting local small business, but this displays real contempt for their customers. Good for them if they have so many people coming in the door that they can afford to thumb their noses at their regular clients; however, they should perhaps reflect on the fact that the supply of new cyclists is not infinite. Reading through some of the other reviews here I see that I'm not alone.This has been a deeply disappointing experience with a local business that should be focusing on high quality professional service: pathetic.

Drivetrain, brakes, wheels and bearings overhauled, adjusted and lubricatedDrivetrain is taken apart and soaked in cleaner, then completely cleaned of all grease and grime.Brakes receive complete overhaul.Chain replacement included. Any parts requiring replacement are not subject to additional installation charges.All cables and cable housing is replaced.Headset receives complete overhaul.Wheels are cleaned, inspected aligned and spokes set to even tension.Hubs bearings and freehub receive complete overhaulBottom bracket bearings receive complete overhaulDrivetrain is cleaned, inspected, serviced, adjusted and lubricated.Tires are cleaned, inspected and set to proper pressureCockpit is aligned and all bike hardware checked and set to correct torque setting .And all this 200$ only.it’s been done in one day . Thank you guys. Definitely coming back.

My derailleur cable had snapped…I brought the bike in around noon and picked the repaired bike up later that afternoon. Nice job.

Brought my bike to that shop for tune up/maintenance. I was short on time when I picked it up so didn't look at the bike just trusted them.I don't think they even cleaned the chain and component. They claimed they changed the BB and charged for it. The bearing have 3/16 play meaning my front cog has 5/16 play and basically the chain just rub on everything.The handle bar is missing a screw and almost felt off.Ill go to a professional shop from now on.See pick of BB in the photo page.

Honestly Great service, I know some posts mention high prices but I suspect these people did not visit the store because it has not been my experience. I have been able to get the products I need at prices on par with online dealers and amazon. I would suggest going in store rather than calling and asking for a specificPrice. They replaced my vittorio Tire cause it was under warranty and even mounted it for free despite the fact that I hadn't paid for installation the first time

It's been years since I have been dealing with them. Jared, the owner, and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly, honest... It was always a pleasure dealing with them.
