How we originally discussed what the project was going to look was not executed because it was not possible. That could have been solved with some simple drawings before the project started, which they stated they did not like to do (that should have been a huge red flag).They did not complete the full scope of work that we agreed on. The stone work had huge gaps that the screening eroded out. Maybe if they sealed it like they said they would that wouldn’t have been a problem.Worst of all they dumped unused materials behind our shed in the backyard instead of disposing of them properly and never came back to finish the job or remove it after multiple calls.Very disappointed with the work, the customer service and value for the money.
