A hidden gem...for now! I'll be sad for me when the rest of Ancaster finds out this is here but so happy for the wonderful owners!Incredible and unique beer, gorgeous atmosphere. The owners are so lovely and and Mark will always take the time to chat about the process behind the beer.

A totally different beer experience. Lots of flavors for fruit and freshness, Beers that are super dry, but have all this depth of flavor. All wrapped in a certain barrel aged funkiness. It's kind of hard to describe and I can just say you need to taste it to find out.
