Everyone at the shop has been great it was a pleasure to deal with these people. Larry spent alot of time with me going over the bike at my house. Larry delivered it to me and spent at least an hour explaining all the details about the bike. Since it is my first bike I appreciated all the knowledge that he has and he was very receptive to all the questions that I had. I would highly recommend NRC to anyone looking for a Kawasaki product. After finding an online ad for a 2021 Versys 300 X, I called Niagara Race Crafters and had the pleasure dealing with the owner Larry. From our first phone conversation to the time I picked up my new bike, my experience was excellent. Larry is honest, thorough and prompt with all his correspondence. I live out of town and had a very smooth transaction. When I arrived for pick up, everything was in order, the bike was spotless and ready for transport. The showroom and shop were inviting, organized and clean. Larry, Patty, Ryan and Jeffrey were personable and friendly. I am very happy with my experience and it is refreshing to see that people and shops like this still exist. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another bike from Niagara Race Crafters in the future.

5 stars doesn't really do NRC justice! It's been some time since last visiting the dealership. However, my boys and I made the trip down recently to pick up some oil and parts. I had forgot what a welcoming place this is. I have purchased many bikes for our MX race program from Larry and Ryan. Every bike came with the full support of the team. I had many questions when we first started racing. Larry and Ryan's knowledge on bike setup, maintenance, tuning and race strategy has been invaluable over the years. The service dept is meticulous and parts are available quickly at reasonable prices. Now, I just need to figure out a way to put that sweet ZX10 in my garage!!

Niagara Race Crafters is by far the best dealership to go to in Ontario. All the staff, especially Larry, know absolutely everything there is to know about Kawasaki and more. My partner purchased a brand new ninja ZX6R and I was absolutely astonished with the quality and experience Larry has provided. No one else can compete. The bike alone is stunning but the experience of purchasing this motorcycle is uncomparable to anything I've experienced before. They were nice to deal with, and I was recommended by a friend for changing a tire, as I was looking for no scratches and balanced well. Ended up with a few chips on the new rims.
