Wow.....just talking to my elderly father on the phone who lives on his own in Chatham and continues to care for his in-ground pool by himself. 88 years old and doing a fine job again. Today, as he is getting ready for pool closing next weekend, which I will be travelling from the GTA to help him, he stopped by Quality to pick up his algecide and liquid shock. When he asked if someone could place it in his trunk for hime (which has always been done previously, at this store and other stores), he was told by the 2 young girls at the counter, sorry....can't do that for you". An 88 yr old man

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Quality Pools. Darryl and his staff genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. We have used them for pool opening, closing and repairs. They take the time to troubleshoot problems and find the best solution. They are also very polite and take the time to educate and support pool owners. We plan to continue to use the products and services they offer.

These folks are truly amazing. For 7 years I have received excellent customer service, whether that be with opening, closing or general issues with equipment.
