Build-A-Bear Workshop
We took our daughter here for her bday party of 6. From the very beginning, it was an amazing experience!!Payton, Zachary, and Manon were incredible.They took great care with watching over the girls and really making them feel special.A fun, easy, and great idea. The girls got to build their favorite Pokémon and stuffed animals.Highly recommend booking a party here!!!This will be a long-lasting memory to cherish!!!

Build-A-Bear Workshop
Today we were helped by the most friendly and caring lady , I believe her name was Jenna. She took the time while I was paying to talk to my 4 year old (birthday today) , and have a real conversation with him . He even mentioned her later on while we were grocery shopping , so you know she made a lasting impact on him as well. Such a wonderful experience all around in this store .

It was my granddaughters first time to build a bear, and let her pick what she wanted. We walked out with a bear and a cat. We have a very happy 17 month old, she loves them both

Sometimes everyone needs some lucky with shopping, whatever you are happy or depression! We are good even just go there twice. Carl is a good guy! My daughter will love her bear!

Build-A-Bear Workshop
Me and my wife went there yesterday. The staff was all helpful and knowledgeable. The first person who was helping us was so kind and never once did it seam like she was annoyed with our questions. Ends up they were the store manager and were constantly happy and grating everyone and made even me feel so welcomed I ended up making my own build a bear when we had gone just for my wife. 10 out of 10 service. And the other employee was very helpful to and both answered all of our questions which were a lot. I would deffinatly go back again.

“It was amazing! I loved it” my 8yo. “It was great! I had a hard time choosing but other than that everything was good” - my 9yo. “I want one too” - a 34yo parent lolGreat idea for a birthday fun time. They even do birthday parties. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had so much fun with Paityn while we built our bears! She was helpful and her coworker (I feel so bad I can't remember her name) was fantastic in assisting us in building our first ever bears! We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent experience, took our sons to pick out a stuffie and it worked out really well. They both found characters they liked and the worker was great at walking them through filling it up and doing the heart routine. They were both really happy after.Bears are not overly cheap though.

Brought my three year old little buddy there with his family and the staff were amazing with kids. They even had us adults participating in the build.

Build-A-Bear Workshop
I brought my son to the Build-a-bear Polo Park and was helped by an employee named Shy. She was very energetic and pleasant to both me and my son through the whole experience. My son was so happy with how his bear turned out and hasn’t stopped mentioning going back to see Shy again to make another one! Thanks for the great experience for our first time at build-a-bear!
