I had a quick hair cut here and azra was great! It was such a simple and easy experience. Curtain bangs look so cute

I was very pleased with the quality of haircut. It was a scissor cut but she used a shaver to get the bulky hair off the lower back of my head. Booking is so easy and I really like the fact that I know how long a wait I have and when to show up .

Easy check in on-line with extended hours is great! Esriel ( sorry about the spelling) did a fantastic job! Keep it up

This hair salon just opened in the summer. They have a deal on, ANY haircut is $10. I just got my hair trimmed there, a Bob blunt cut, and I am so happy with the look. Please don’t sleep on this salon and their great deal!! I had my hair vigorously washed, cut, and blowdried, with a tip for less than $30. Go Go Go!!

Updated review 29/3/2023 - 4 starsI recently had a negative experience at Great Clips when I took my son there for a haircut. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by their shift manager, Kim. After contacting the salon's customer service department, Kim went above and beyond to rectify the situation as much as she could. She took the time to fix my son's uneven haircut and made sure that we were satisfied with the end result. She even offered us a future haircut for free to make up for the inconvenience. I'm impressed with the level of care and attention that Kim provided, and I'm happy to report that my son now has a great haircut. I recommend Great clips to anyone looking for a salon with excellent customer service and a commitment to making things right.Original review: 1 star - 27/3/2023I had a terrible experience at Great Clips green lane. I took my son there for a haircut and they completely messed it up. The hairdresser clearly had no idea what they were doing and didn't listen to any of my requests. My son ended up with a completely uneven haircut and it looked terrible. I was so disappointed and frustrated. I don't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have children's hair to deal with. Find another place with experienced hairdressers who actually know what they're doing!Below is the picture of the unprofessional hairdresser, be careful.

Been here 5 times and I’m absolutely satisfied with the work they do. All employees are professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this location.

All was good until we met a Orza “master”So rude and unprofessional especially with kids. She worked with my 5y.o. And it was worst experience.

Not only did they struggle to do a basic fade, the owner got snappy over the phone when we asked to have it corrected by a more experienced stylist. The second stylist was even worse than the first. The salon owner tried several times to “convince” us this was a great hair cut. Inexperienced, short tempered and overall horrible customer service. This place needs improvement.

Been going since they opened up, 2 or 3 months ago? Considering they are always busy, they manage to keep things well organized and clean. I've been getting my cut/fade with Simin and I've never been disappointed! She does an incredible job :) my one tip, make sure to check-in online during busy periods!
