I had a bad experience here was never going to purchase a Bicycle here again. Then I met James, very professional, knowledgeable, looked in his computer for exactly what I needed and built the Bicycle himself. In the end I got a Bicycle for the price I wanted with the features I wanted and my faith restored in King Sports. Thanks James!

Always very well taken care of at kings.The staff is awesome and very helpful Victoria helped me out today at checkout and the guy in the snowboarding section with a moustache definitely helped me make a decision on what snowboard pants to buy.I always recommend to a friend and definitely will continue to shop at kings!

The person who helped me pick a snowboard this evening was very helpful. I made him aware I was a beginner and was looking to not overly spend. He also said I didn’t need to crazy spend if I’m just starting out. There was one board that was on sale I was eyeing however it was slightly longer. He thoroughly explained why one size was a better fit for me over another. I didn’t want to compromise (nor did he) my riding experience because I was being a cheapo. I’m glad he explained to me the size differences, position and experience if I decided to go with the slightly longer board. Thank you to the person who helped me tonight!

Would very much improve the store if you'd make a website. Would shop here far more often now that I'm not close by, if only I was able to see what's available and the prices online. Otherwise air have never been dissatisfied with a purchase or my treatment by the staff! Great store.

Always a go to shop for all my snowboarding needs, the staff are always welcoming and helpful with and questions. They have a great selection of everything you need for snow and skating. Also a great place to pick up all your hockey gear, wide selection and great prices.

very disappointed in their exchange policy. wife bought me a pair of shoes in the wrong size. (6 days prior) they would not exchange them, due to me not having the original receipt. the manager stated its a new policy and sorry i know that sucks" i do have the transaction record from the bank statement. shoes are brand new. disappointed in their policy and will likely not shop there anymore."
