It's my first time trying rug tufting and it's so much fun! Youll get a projector to trace your picture on the canvas. Then there is a variety of colours to choose from. The staff here will walk you through how to use the gun and they are always around and available for support. They will clean it up for you and it can be taken home with a short wait. They also provide free water!!It's very reasonably priced too, $158 for a 90x90cm for 2 people and we spent around 6hrs here.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the service here is beyond amazing, they really care about the quality your rug turns out to be. Very friendly and helpful, and they don’t rush you at all. Very good experience overall!

Had such a fun time here with my friend! It was our first time tufting and the staff were very helpful and friendly to make sure we knew what we were doing and got to practice before actually starting. Really spacious and bright studio. They also offered us refreshments. It took almost 4 hour total to do these designs so definitely plan your visit accordingly. Would definitely come back again to make more designs.

It was me and my bf first time tufting and we had a great time there! The employees there were very attentive as to making sure we tuft it properly and did check ups on us if we had any help. We went a bit overtime because we were pretty slow as it was our first time but they were very chill and helped us throughout. I'll definitely come back here with friends

By far the worst experience ever. Upon arriving we were super rushed to plug our phones in and find a design. I asked about the overall process of the rug making and the staff was very irritated by my question. I’d like to add… this was my first time making a rug. Once I found the design I wanted to do the staff said “No pick something else” with no explanation. There was no guidance and the staff was only focused on attending to what seemed to be his friends in the other room. He continuously rolled his eyes and showed and was overall rude. If you’d like your night ruined… I’d encourage you to go here. We ended up walking out as the disrespect became unbearable. 0/5 rating.

I’ll start with the negatives:-Staff probably shouldn’t assume all guests are returning customers. We were assigned to our stations without any further instructions or guide. After 10 minutes of waiting, we had to ask them to properly guide us and then tutorial was constantly interrupted by other staff members.-Staff member probably shouldn’t VAPE in front of their customers during the tutorial :)Positives:-With everything said above, staff was very friendly. Even though English is not their first language but they tried really hard to help.-Just super fun to do as a couple!Overall:Had a blast tufting for the first time with my partner. Staff is very friendly. Would definitely return and recommend.
