Very positive car buying experience at Alliance. No hassle and fair trade-in offer that I think both sides came out happy. No lengthy negotiation process nor any hidden fees that traditional car dealerships would add on at the Financing Manager's office. I went to Alliance Motor Cars looking for a specific vehicle at a reasonable price. Basil helped me through the whole purchase process, and was very patient and accommodating. He has a laidback sales style and I never felt pressured. The 3rd party inspection came through with flying colors and I was helped through insurance, warranty, and they even gave me a new key and fob for the truck.My 2016 Nissan Frontier made it up to Fort St. John with a smooth ride the whole way. I was looking to purchase a vehicle so I contacted Alliance motors and the rest was history... Jimmy was so helpful and made this seem, seamless. I gave him all my information and wow I was sitting in the car I wanted, that easy... Jimmy even had my car delivered to me on Vancouver Island at no cost to me. When I'm ready to upgrade hands down I'll be calling Jimmy to get my next vehicle.

Valerie and everyone at alliance motors are amazing. They genuinely listen to what you want and make it happen. Val doesn't just care about getting you into a vehicle she cares about improving your credit and also making sure you're gonna be looked after in the long run. Would give 10 stars if possible.

I have questions about my car lease for my 2020 Toyota corolla but my sales rep John is never available when I try to contact him. The receptionist left several messages for him on my behalf and not once in 5 weeks has he tried to answer my questions. Terrible customer service.My question is a simple one: my lease is set to end in Oct but I need to return it early because I'm leaving the province for good. I simply want to know if I can pay off the remaining 3 installments all at once so I can leave the car at the dealership.

i recently crashed my car and as Always ICBC was a nightmare . being without a car is not a option a friend of mine suggested I should try the financing route, pointed me to ALLIANCE MOTORS in NEW WESTMINISTER B.C. In no time JIMMY LONDON had me on 4 wheels again (i love my new car)he took care of everything. he is THE BEST! Hands-down, best decision ever!THANKS

A 2 Star rating would be given if we had based it on our experience with one of Alliance's 'salesmen.'My husband and I had purchased our GMC onlineand by phone with this 'salesman'.I saw red flags with this 'guy' from the beginning.Our GMC arrived 10 hours late, in the middle of a dark, cold night! The next morning, I noticed a crack across the entire windshield; no mats; missing one hub cover, while the remaining three were loose and rattled; the signals on mirrors didn't work!After the delivery, my husband and I tried several times to reach 'salesman', however, he would not return our calls! Nor would the dealership manager for that matter! My husband's calls were eventually answered by Basil Wong!Basil promised to look into our purchase and to help resolve the matter. Basil was professional and courteous! He apologized several times for his fellow worker.Basil reimbursed us for our expenses that we had spent on repairs/replacements for our GMC. Basil did not even make the commission on our purchase!Our Rating for Alliance Motorcars and the 'salesman'2 Stars or less!Our rating for Basil?
