Fantastic customer service (immediate replies to my emails, not letting me hang and explained the whole process in detail). For a bigger order to be shipped across provinces Razi and Marie-Eve worked wonders to have the best rates on the products, transport, and I even got my delivery 2 weeks ahead of the estimated delivery date!! I am really amazed with the high quality of the physio beds.

The Customer Service at OrthoCanada is excellent! On several occasions I have experienced the cheerful, knowledgeable, polite help from REAL people. We regularly order supplies for our clinic, Action Sports Clinic, and find the products to be of good quality and arrive in a timely manner. The pricing is also fair.

I’ve had my Sukha table for just over a week now and it is exactly what I’ve been needing as a massage therapist. The delivery was quite seamless. You will need a second set of hands to help you bring the table to your space and it’s ready to go as soon as you take it out.I would highly recommend this for other massage therapists. It takes a lot of pressure off your back and is very easy to adjust with just the push of a pedal.

I ordered things online (was really easy; lots of products, good selection). Products arrived in a timely fashion, and were well packaged. However one item wasn't what I expected it to be, and I needed to return it. Response from customer service was prompt, kind, and helpful. In a time where customer service in so many places is lacking, it is an absolute delight to deal with a company who take service seriously. I will absolutely be purchasing supplies there again, and regularly.

Was looking for a chiropractic table to upgrade my old table while I move to a new clinic. Orthocanada was the perfect place to pick up any health care products or tables. Zach was amazing to work with. He responded back to emails and calls very quickly and was thorough in describing the differences of each table I was interested in. He walked me thru all the steps and was very efficient. The traction table took about 3 to 4 weeks and BTL shockwave also took 4-5 weeks for delivery but Zach communicated that with me right from the start and informed me when it was ready and let me know what to expect for delivery. I would highly recommend OrthoCanada for any practitioner looking for great products and service.Loving my new Shockwave & traction table!!
