The food quality is very good overall. The dinner set included king crab, cod fish and angus beef rib.... 6 of us couldn't finish all the food!

Waited around 10 minutes to get a table for 4 without a prior booking. Food took quite some time to served and definitely not as good as roughly 4 years ago.

Good spot for dimsum in the heart of Richmond.The food was of good quality and the central location together with two hour free parking is a nice touch.This restaurant has been around forever and its ability to last this long shows that they have a loyal clientele.

Good quality din sum.Shrimp har gow, steam beef ball, chicken feet, beef stomach& tendon.Deep fried shrimp roll ,steam rice roll with dried shredded pork ,steam egg york buns are great, except curry cuttlefish which is too much favorite seem had a lot of msg. Service as usual .

I have tried their dinner menu and the food is pretty flavourful. Service can be a bit slow when it is very busy there. Prices are reasonable, even for the king crab!

The food is consistently good here. They always do their best to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Dinner is good to for taking out a special guest or family gathering. Dim sum here will be very busy on the weekends so it's best to reserve in advance.

It was crowded for a weekday lunch. Mostly oriental crowd which means the food has to be good. Siew mai was juicy and huge. Fried squid was moist on the inside, crisp on the outside. Tasty Century egg porridge with generous ingredients. Pork ribs and chicken feet were yums. Seafood dumpling soup served with red vinegar is a surprise try.

Great dim sum spot in Richmond. Everything I had was really good. Like most dim sum spots though, don't expect fine dining atmosphere or service. It's to be expected though, this is what dim sum is. I'm not complaining, just stating the obvious for people that don't know.
