Indy the physiotherapist is very knowledgeable, skillful, friendly and approachable. She could find the specific muscles that I needed to work on/loosen to help with my back pain. She uses different manual techniques asides from teaching me exercises. I find them very helpful. I highly recommend her!

This clinic is incredible - so well organized and follows all Covid protocols, keeping our community as safe as possible.Haley is a miracle worker who tries to get to the root of the issue and really solve the problem rather than just a bandaid treatment.Highly recommend!

I've been going to Physio IT for the past 3 years. I've always had excellent treatment from Zoey (massage) and Indy (physio). They always provide excellent treatment in a comfortable atmosphere.

Went to Physio IT in hopes that could help with some back pain. I was very fortunate to work with Priya! Amazing. In a span of a couple weeks, some exercised and stretches - I'm feeling better than I have in MANY years. Priya was kind, understanding, VERY knowledgeable and equipped me with the tools to make changes and resolve my issues.Big thanks to her and the folks at Physio IT!!

Indy is a gifted physiotherapist with amazing knowledge and instincts. She has helped to rebalance my body to make so many aches and pains - elbow tendinitis, neck and shoulder stiffness - go away. Through working with her I have also learned more about how to help myself (yoga, specific stretches) when injuries (broken leg-ugh!) arise.

This is one of if not the best physio practices I’ve ever been to! The staff are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. From the moment you walk through the doors, Katie and Major are so welcoming, kind and know exactly what they are doing! My therapist was Indie and she was incredible. She explained everything so well, and ensured I understood. She made me feel very comfortable and helped make me feel better during pregnancy! I wish I could give 6 stars!

I have been going to phyiso's for decades, and phyisoit was the only one who found the problem in the first visit. I am so grateful for Indy in getting mobile and less pain. After 6yrs and she still keeps me going. ( I drive for a living)Thank you Indy. For being so good at .what you do
