Dealing with Stereo was a wonderful experience. My radio and clock in my car stopped working. The dashboard went dark. I took it to my wonderful mechanic and he spent a long time but couldn’t fix it. He told me to leave it there for the day and he would try and help me but that electronics was difficult to fix. I mentioned to my son in law about my dead radio and he told me about this shop. And they fixed the problem in 20 minutes! I have my radio and clock back! They were very pleasant to deal highly competent and well priced!

Went here to get information about a stereo part and came out of there realizing they either don't know what they're talking about or they refuse to help anyone unless they will receive money.I asked a very basic question and needed to know about a part and got a very rude, smug and demeaning reply. The advice i was given was that the item is unfixable" and the car "undrivable" even though it was a pretty basic fix that required some crimping/soldering. Complete waste of time and gas. They even chuckled as i was leaving. Very odd experience

My subwoofer was giving me problems so i called stereo 1. Spoke to trini who was busy but still asked me to come in so he can check it out. Trini fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Very professional and precise. I definitely recommend.

Trini (owner) took great care of my vehicle! Had a sub + amp installed in my hybrid vechicle and could not be happier!Set up vechicle to be dropped off in morning, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and picked up at end of day with exactly what we agreed on. Very good service with COMPETITIVE PRICES! Professional work and quality. Will be back again 100%

This is not a U-Haul review. The owner of Stereo 1 provides the worst customer service you’ll ever receive in your life. He is rude, swears at customers and is dishonest. Sir, this is not how you treat people, let alone paying customers. Avoid this place at all cost.

I’ve never in my life had a shop owner swear at me. For those wondering why there are only 5 star and 1 star reviews, it’s because the owner is posting fake 5 star reviews. Otherwise the business would be rated close to 1 star.

I came to this place get a remote starter for my car and was definitely glad I did. The good products, competitive prices, and the service is fast and skilled. The most important thing that stood out for me was that Travis stands behind his products and work. I had a strange and rare issue come up with my car after the starter was put in and he worked tirelessly on numerous occasions to find solutions and workarounds to resolve it (and didn't ask for a penny over the original installation price!). Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

100% RecommendI've been here twice for my dashcam and the service and the quality of work is incredible. The wires to my dashcam are all hidden, and the actual unit is mounted behind the mirror exactly where I had asked. The price was honest and fair for the required work and I'll for sure continue to come back. I have already recommend his work to a bunch of my friends who need anything electrical done on their car and my brother will be going in for his dashcam install next week.

Seeing that this company has got 3. 1 stars is too generous, they should have got 1 and it seems the owner doesn’t care about the customer or make things right, this company should close down.

That was a horrible experience. The person who works there was VERY rude. Also he did not even care to wear a mask inside of the store. I read all the reviews on google and all of them about how rude his behaviour is. So I would say that do not go and do not recommend at all!
