Best store ever! They have great quality of backpacks and huge amount of selections. They are quite popular for back to school. The staff is very kind! I recommend to come here!

The curly hair associate at Herschel was simply fantastic! She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about the bags. She took the time to really understand my needs and preferences, and went out of her way to help me find the perfect bag. I was blown away by her level of service and attention to detail. I left feeling like a valued customer. I would highly recommend Herschel to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

Was here with my partner the other day for the Black Friday sale. Despite us having a few questions, asking for a price match seen on the Herschel website, and a few other blunders with our transaction, the two employees that assisted us kept their cool and had a ton of patience. Awesome customer service!

Visited the store evening yesterday (May 23) and two of the female staff members didn't even greet us in the front since they were busy talking. We asked whether there's more new luggage but answered in a monotonic manner and kept staring at us...Their behaviour wasn't necessary and should train staff members to help customers, not keep talking to each other and stare at the customers..
