Unfortunately I hate to give any one ...only one star...really if you don't want to work please don't go to work. Only reason why this location is in business is the location..thats it...either then the convenience...nothing to offer except misery from the old girl

One of the worst brokers I ever had to deal with. Older Asian lady and older Asian guy are really unprofessional. I know it's not the company's fault but the agents in the office are miserable employees. They act like they own ICBC and look down on you

The older asian lady that works here seems to hate her job. Rude from the start, did not explain anything at all and rolled her eyes when we asked questions. Worst customer service I have received yet. I came here since it opens late but there are many other options in richmond. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated like dirt.

The level of incompetence in the agents is staggering. Every time I come here to renew my auto insurance, they were able to either add 300% to my insurance premiums or my discounts would magically disappear. $15,000 to renew for one year when I had, in my hand, a quote of $2,500 that icbc sent me. Outrageous.Word of advice: Take your business elsewhere like I did. Other insurance agencies were able to process the quote given by icbc and also questioned the methods used by these agents.

I don't usually write reviews, but these guys were great. If you wanted to be treated like garbage, it's great! I told them I wanted to transfer ownership after buying a relatively beat up car, and I wanted to get all the transfer forms ready before I proceed. I asked if I can get everything done when I return with the papers, his first reply was Do the other party have insurance"

I went here twice, once to get temporary insurance and wants to get permanent insurance. Both times, they were super helpful and happy to answer any questions I had which was a lot because I know nothing about insurance. Friendly staff, small place but I went on a Saturday and it wasn't busy. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone in the neighbourhood

I wish I could give them ZERO STAR!!!They don’t even deserve this star that I’m giving them.Very RUDE and unprofessional, no manners at all!I highly suggest DO NOT do any business with these people because it’s a total waste of time.Go elsewhere, anywhere but just no Sussex insurance!
