The superintendent on site is nice and helpful.We moved out 5 weeks ago and still haven't recieved the portion of the damage deposit we are owed from Hardman Group based on what we signed during the move out inspection. We were dinged for some paint coming off the wall when removing 3M strips which we were required to use by the building to hang anything. They didn't provide a copy of the inspection and we didn't hear anything until I emailed Hardman Group two weeks after moving out asking for our damage deposit. They mailed it to us and the amount was less than it should have been.

My bf and I had to move out this apartment building because they took money out of my account and my bf’s account at the same time for rent. Not only once, but TWICE. Never got a cent back. We sent multiple screenshot and talk to the owner, Bill. If I could give it a 0 start review, I would. Please do your research before signing a lease in this place!!

The Mix is a modern building in downtown St. John's. Perfect location, a,supportive Resident Manager, and the business team outside the province who were superb in assisting me successfully sublet my unit. Building is well maintained, clean, and safe.

Had my boyfriend live here for 1 year and spent 95% of the time staying there aswell lovely room nice people awful place in regards to parking and elevators constantly breaking and being out of service 2-3 times a month not worth the price at all my boyfriend couldn’t wait to get out of his lease elevator would break in building and you would have to wait 10 minutes to get to your floor if you were carrying anything and even worse after walking a couple hundred metres in snow and blowing wind just to find out the elevator doesn’t work there and your pass only works for the elevator and not the stairs door.
