Clinique Médicale 360

I went there for an emergency. As expected, the doctor required additional information so requested me to do additional checks -- fair enough. However, after having done all the blood work required, I got no follow up from the Dr. I eventually called the clinic to advise them that the results were probably available and I was still waiting for a follow up from the doctor. Ever since, no one ever contacted me.This does not discredit the clinic or the personnel. Everyone was friendly, helpful and competent. However, if you have an emergency, I'm not sure it's worth the money.

Horrible service, made an appointment since I knowingly had bronchitis, since my whole family had the same symptoms and required antibiotics. Instead opted for clinic as opposed to going to lakeshore hospital and awaiting a day in the emergency room to be seen for a simple diagnosis.Receptionist was very kind and nurses as well, however Dr. Katz is the worst physician I have dealt with in 65 years. During the consultation he agreed I had issues with my lungs but he does not like to give antibiotics unnecessarily, therefore asked for an X-RAY to be done urgently and he would call me back with the results the following day and provide antibiotics to pharmacy afterward. I agreed went to Radimed after the consultation, taken the X-RAY. But no call from clinic 360 throughout the day and I was in extreme discomfort. I contacted clinic 360 who saud they did not receive results yet, I contacted radimed and said the request given to them by Dr. Katz was not marked as urgent therefore will take 10 days to provide the results.I called back the clinic 360 and they told me for another consultation to speak with Dr Katz and have the request marked as urgent which was supposed to be done from the start, I will have to pay another $250 for a consultation. After going to the clinic, since I thought was ridiculous, Dr. Katz notified he did not mark urgent but rather another term that radimed should know the request was urgent. And refused to anything about it and said he can't talk to me any longer or I would have to pay for another consultation.I have been going to radimed for twenty years and this the first time there has been any issue. Meanwhile I went statecare the next day and the doctor was perplexed that Dr. Katz let me go with such an evident raspatory issue and immediately provided a prescription for antibiotics and and Xray request that indicated urgent properly.The next the doctor at statcare contacted me notifying I have pneumonia and being 65 years old it very dangerous at this point.After doing research Dr. Katz has graduated in August from a clinical school out of Nova Scotia and take it from my encounter, he is not prepared to see patients alone, this absolutely ridiculous this person can be practicing with such inaccurate assessment and unable to provide appropriate Xray request, like he said he would.I can't speak for any other doctors at this clinic but if you do get an appointment scheduled with Dr. Katz I highly recommended you opt for another physician and/or clinic.

Excellent service from Dr Katz! Brought my son in for an urgent appointment and received a very thorough examination by Dr Katz. Receptionists were very nice. Worth the cost. Highly recommend!

I recently went to Clinique Medicale 360 for the first time and my entire experience was great. The staff were courteous, the clinic was clean and overall the service was very efficient. I did not have to wait long at all and my consultation with Dr Jarred Slimovitch was outstanding. He took the time to examine me and explain everything without me feeling rushed. What's more he called me back with the lab results promptly and again explained everything clearly to me himself. I would definitely recommend.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Clinique 360 since moving there (from the nightmare which is Physimed) and taking a new family doctor (Dr. Chouinard).I'm currently dealing with a fairly serious illness and Dr. C has guided me through the necessary tests and procedures and is always easily reachable by e-mail or phone to answer questions. He's great. The admin team is wonderful when dealing with payment or paperwork issues/requests.I couldn't recommend Clinique 360 more highly.

I was able to get an apt under 24h for my 2 year old. The doctor did follow ups after receiving scans and even spoke with my pharmacist to see what medications would be best as my child had issues ingesting the originally prescribed antibiotics. Very satisfied.

Truly awesome experience! I called for an urgent matter and was seen that same day. The service and attention given to me was outstanding. They took all the necessary time to deal with my issue and made sure that everything was looked at thoroughly. The entire staff was great. Special thanks to Dr. Chouinard and nurse Natalie St. Denis. They were both amazing!

I had received the most professional care under the hands of Dr. Chouinard. After getting a very serious infection, Dr. Chouinard was able to throughly take care of the situation along with some consistent follow-ups for a good month until I was 100% healed. It’s also my very first time visiting a private clinic. Consider the fact that it was an emergency and was physically unable to wait long hours at a hospital, I didn’t regret choosing this clinic at all. The front staff and the nurses are also very sweet. Highly recommend!

Absolutely excellent staff and doctors. Every time I've been, the team has been nothing short of courteous and accommodating, as well as super knowledgeable. I also want to acknowledge the wonderful nurses and Dr. Slimovitch for taking the time to listen to my concerns. Great clinic overall, and most definitely recommend.

I have never written a review in my life, but I had to share the incredible experience I had at this Clinic. Every person I encountered was very friendly and easy to talk to. I had my appointment with Doctor Haziza and I’ve never felt so cared for by a physician. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, I left feeling better than I ever have after a doctors appointment. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable private clinic.
