Spirit Halloween

It’s a big store with a wide collection of costumes and accessories. It’s filled with Halloween costumes and other themed characters. The display before Halloween is great, they have nots of animated mane still figures to scare the little ones. They sizes for everyone adults, teens and children. You have get there early to find your size especially if you’re looking for the popular characters like Fortnite. The prices are somehow expensive for a full costume of Fortnite and a plastic axe you’re looking at 100$ minimum. Staff are friendly the fitting / changing room lady is very helpful and patient with the little ones. It’s worth the trip. Photos attached.

The Best experience ever! Employees are wonderful especially Randa, she is really helpful and determined to help you find what ever you need, Her recommendations helped me SO much. I will definitely be coming back next year.

I love this place! So many different costumes and props! I’m definitely going back! I highly recommend it! I met a really nice lady who helped me and my friends find what we were looking for! Amazing lady named Randa! She was fantastic! I definitely want to go back to see her! She has great tips and knowledge of the different kinds of costumes! I can’t wait to go back!

I came into this store without high hopes as I was looking for something very specific. I looked for myself a bit and when I couldn’t find it I went looking for a worker. I found an amazing lady named Randa who as I soon as I said what I was looking for we were on a mission together. She gave me one option while looking for what I really wanted. Went into the back too. She ended up finding the very last one that a customer had hidden within the store somewhere else. If it wasn’t for her I never would have found that item. She was so nice and we talked for about 10 minutes after. Thank you Randa!

Randa was so helpful! Even though she was constantly fixing and organizing the store, she was kind and willing to stop organizing to assist customers needs including myself.I had nothing but a great experience. Thank you Randa and Spirit Halloween Southcommons!

Here again at Spirit Halloween. This store has way more scary stuff than the other one. I just love it. They also have a Halloween hockey jersey.

What a great experience here! Randa was quick to help me find the best costume, although a little pricey she informed me how quickly they sell out. She has some of the best hospitality skills I've ever seen. This location has lots of inventory and a the biggest collection. I will always recommend this location over any thanks to Randa!

Customer service is what stands out and makes an impression on me when visiting a retail store. The reason I choose to come back to this spirit Halloween every year is because of Randa. She is perhaps the best retail employee I’ve encountered and always goes above & beyond for me or any of my friends. I walk in and immediately look for Randa because I know she’ll take care of me and help me find exactly what I’m looking for, and at this point I value her opinion a lot. I usually don’t leave reviews but she seriously deserves some recognition and compensation as a benchmark employee who excels at her role. We need more people like Randa !!

So cool to always look at the decorations! My kids have a blast looking at all their variety!
