I can’t speak highly enough about Paddy’s Market, I wouldn’t purchase from a big box store ever again. I had an issue with my fridge and before I could even contact Frigidaire they offered to send someone out as a courtesy call. They were very helpful and the repair men were great. This is the customer service you get from from buying from a local business.

Quality products and great selection at very competitive prices! Not to mention the great customer service.I have now purchased my last 4 appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave in 2022 and Traeger pellet stove in 2023) from Paddy's Market on Taunton Rd. in Durham.Very happy with all my purchases, the sales experience and customer support (seamlessly registering purchases for warranty saving the consumer the trouble), and great follow-up with any questions.As the customer service is excellent and their prices are same or better than Amazon/Home Depot/Lowes/others, I will definitely be shopping at Paddy's for my next appliance.

Great experience from start to finish. The store staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to purchase a great washer machine and it was delivered promptly. Delivery and installation was perfect. We look forward to purchasing again soon from Patty’s Market!

The staff (Nicole) at the store was great and really helpful.The delivery guys were super professional and courteous.They had to move my incredibly full freezer to squeeze through the space to get to the spot for the dryer.I bought my washer there about 5 years ago and am very happy with it.I will shop there for all my appliances.Both items were scratch and dent.Couldn’t find a scuff mark on the washer. The dryer has a small dent in the front which I can live with considering the price.Thanks Paddy’sSandi

I usually do not post google reviews, however, I was super upset with the customer service I received from Paddies. Both my washer and dryer broke, and I was in a crunch to buy new ones. I wanted to shop locally, and support close to home. I walked into the store and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I didn't think much of it, perhaps they wanted me to browse and would help later. I saw a washer and dryer on a great deal and decided to measure it. The salesman walked straight towards us, finally some help I thought. Still, he did not make an attempt to say hello, so I tried to say Hi. He smirked and chuckled when putting a sold sticker on the machines. It would have been very simple to say hey folks this model is unfortunately sold

From sales to delivery to service, no complaints, good prices. Good service. I will be a return customer. Thanks guys

Had to buy a new dryer, walked into Paddy's last Friday afternoon, was greeted by Neil right away. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, A+++++ Customer Service. The new dryer was delivered today and I must say the delivery guys were outstanding, unfortunately I didn't get there names. Set everything up, showed us how it works. Hauled the old one away. Fast, Friendly, and Courteous Service. Keep Up the great work and service, highly recommended. Thanks Again

LOVE Paddy’s market! We purchased a Maytag stainless interior dishwasher from here and got it installed for a great price. Our purchase was done through Neil who was fantastic! We’ve also worked with their repair men and delivery people who are just awesome. We will certainly be using Paddy’s again.

Best experience we ever experienced with buying a new fridge. Needed one quickly and they delivered the floor model (scratch and dent...only some tiny marks) we chose within a few days on time with a call first thing in the morning confirming their ETA. Jim and Nathaniel were wonderful with the care they took removing the old fridge and bringing the new one in, setting it up so it was ready to go. Thankyou for the easy transaction, substantial savings and wonderful friendly service.
