I always like to stop here for a quick bite especially the poutine! Really nice for truckers to place a pickup order when passing through. Highly recommend!

Sunday morning breakfast. The restaurant was busy, but service was great and we really enjoyed the foods. Quality and quantity was high.

.., I wouldn’t give our experience at Outpost Grill even 1 star, it was that horrible on every count! We ordered breakfast, which is easy to make. The potatoes/hash browns in every option came undercooked, pale and barely even warm. The bacon was soggy and hardly even fried. The same with the toast. The jam in the pack was the only redemption on the toast. Not to mention it was overpriced. As a server, I would be embarrassed to serve this. Breakfast was a complete FAIL! We will never return, nor recommend this grill.

It was alright. I got the special breakfast and it wasn't too bad. Toast was soggy but the workers were nice and the environment was clean

Better than it seemsMy order was wrong, but fixed promptly when made aware. Got free hash browns and a small percentage off as an apology. 4/5The tomato was all white which I wasn’t impressed with and this wasn’t the first time 3/5The service was amazing. 5/5The waitress was a slightly older lady. Very friendly and happy. One of the nicest servers I’ve had wait on me. 5/5

The coleslaw was the best part of the whole meal... that says something.The food was mediocre (at best). Was excited to visit this place while we were in Winkler (as per other peoples’ positive reviews) but it really wasn’t great at all...Although, the atmosphere and decor was enjoyable, server was pleasant and competent, there was only a couple other patrons in restaurant (amazing), BUT again the food really was not very good.The prices were decent, nothing special.We will not be back next time we visit Winkler. Later in the night, I bought Domino’s pizza because I just had to make the Outpost food bad experience right for me... and the Domino’s in Winkler was incredible! The pizza even better than in Winnipeg!See attached photos. Potatoes were bad, toast was burnt, hamburger decent, salad poor, coleslaw amazing.

The girl seating us could use some training. Coffee slopped on table with spoon stood in the mug, no cream. Cold by the time the server arrived. She was excellent as usual.

Service was great.Food was good.Chairs were a bit uncomfortable but fit the rustic feel of the place.Would definitely go back.
