Wonderful staff. Kind and professional. Large, bright waiting room.Only caveat is the parking is terrible. Especially for disabled people.

Excellent overall professionalism from the second I arrived. On time and friendly. Suzanne was stress test technician, very thorough and efficient. Dr Wallace immediately reviewed my stress test results and set up a follow up appointment for 2 days later. In follow up phone appointment Dr Wallace prescribed meds and an immediate high priority echocardiogram. Very through, kind, compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Wallace.

I'm currently attended by Dr. Kerritt Wallace taking over from Dr. David Massel who has stop his practice..I kept my Monday appointment where I was checked in detail over my history. Dr. Kerrett has ordered in the next month a stress text examination which I'm looking forward to.Finally stress test on a thread mill. 10 sensor probes placed on body than blood pressure taken. On thread mill started flat 5 mins. Later incline raised by 10% where it began to become challenging as pace increased & heart began to indicate stress on the screen monitors. A chart peaks the heart condition. I've reached my maximum ability, time to end test. Report submitted to Dr. Wallace for analysis.

I have only met Dr O. Desplanti once on a video appointment. He was very attentive and confirmed the next steps I needed to take in my heart valve repair. However, it was impossible to contact his office assistant to get further information or to ask for another test which I was told to contact him about by the doctor who did my angiogram. The request was also made on the discharge document I was given as well as was sent to him.After several weeks I contacted my TAVI coordinator and she called to say the requisition had been sent that day after her call. This means I will have to meet with my surgeon without those necessary results. Calling his office assistant and leaving a call back number or a message yields absolutely no response. There is a distressing gap in service.

Excellent care by Dr. Novak. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious, takes into consideration all the factors of health.

I am currently dealing with Dr. Dewart, whom i find to be thorough, clear, articulate, intelligent. I previously dealt with her peer, Dr. Desplantie, although at a hospital, not through this business. He didnt ask questions, nor did he listen. He made assumptions, jumped to conclusions, and repeatedly raised his voice. He also outright lied about the current reseaerch findings on marijuana use and its effects on the heart. I went through an official complaint process and was told by his superior, that some doctors will engage in fear mongering to attempt to change a patients lifestyle etc. As a person who deals with anxiety, i found Dr. Desplantie' s entire approach to be unscientific, inappropriate, traumatic, dangerous to both my mental and physical health, and completely unnecessary. He acted succinctly, like a judgemental bully. It has taken a long time for me to heal from his treatment. I am glad to have now found Dr. Dewart.

Doctors Sterns, Leather, Fretz, and Sikkel are all amazing. I am alive today because of their skill, knowledge and compassion. Highly recommend all of them!
