Canadian Tire

Canadian tire is Candian tire, they're all pretty much the same. The store is a smaller one but, they also have a garden center, good selection.

Great stock of goods for a smaller store. Good service.

I spend a lot of money here, sometimes stopping in 2 or 3 times a day. The store is understaffed. At busy times like today (beautiful Saturday, people are working outside again) it's virtually impossible to find help which I often require since I'm always buying something that isn't on the floor. While I wait for items to be located I offer help finding things for seniors because I know how hard it can be.Besides understaffing and the small store size, I love this store. We're lucky to have CT in Elliot Lake!

This is a terrible Cdn Tire store. Every rime there is a sale and you go to get it they either can't find it or say they didn't get it or they are all gone !!!!. As well the old man that works in the outdoor area is rude. Even when there is an item that isn't a sale, when you look it up online and it says ie 15 in stock isle 21. So you go to that isle and guess what there are none there. So you find someone they go in the back to find it and you wait for 15 to 20 minutes before you get the product. It's too bad the next Cdn Tire store is so far way ( they know that ). From now on I will go to Rona. Maslack. Napa and I will even drive to Blind River to Homehardware which is a long drive to avoid going to this store. Even when they get a good employee they end up losing them because they get fed up too. So Corporate Cdn Tire has lost a good customer and I hope many more read this and AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!

I've had some great experiences and some not so good ones depends on who's working at the time

This is a much smaller store than those in the GTA and surrounding areas but the staff are great at helping you find things. We now check the stock online before we go. Lots of staff right now stkcking the shelves and helping you find things

Quality control needed....lots of room for improvement. Last time I was in the store.. last week..the rotten Yukon golds seed were stuffed in a plastic bag and I was alerted to the problem by the cashier...grouchy cashier....produce not watered, left out in night frost not discounted in ratio to damage and told insulting things, overpriced...Bolts that fit considered vandalized package when not as many in package and they would not sell it discounted to number there. Etc

I noticed new staff, eager to help, nice young people. The cashiers are professional. Great prices. It's good to have a local Canadian Tire to go to.

I found the customer service lady to be very unpleasant and unwelcoming. She helped me out but not before making me feel like I was a burden.

Always well stocked with product and staff is very helpful when required. Love to spend time just walking the aisles.
