I never write reviews, but the customer service was poor, reception was snappy and irritable. Was called twice in 3 minutes, missed both due to being at work. Called back right away, and was told they couldn't find the vehicle and if they didnt hear from me in 10 minutes they were going to cancel the tow. Reiterated to them as I did with CAA exactly where it was. They did get to the location quick however so I will give them that. Just my 2 cents..

Dispatcher was awful, I explained that I was blocked in in a parking lot that had loyalist city signs all over with their phone number. She cut me off while I was talking and told me that they didn't do that". I ended up hanging up the phone as they would not provide me with service. Would not recommend this company

I was told 3 different quotes to open a car door! 100.00 at the end of it! Really? 75.00 then No wait it's 80.00 then charged him to run to the store a block away for a grand total of 100.00 cash. No receipt!! Rude female on the phone when I called to inquire about the charge yet I've had cash quotes and tows from the east side to westside for 1/2 that price! The company is so inconsistant in their prices and quotes! Why RIP off the people who keep you in business. Hope some new companies give them a run for their money!! Very disappointed in money hungry people out to make a quick buck off their own community! 100.00 to unlock a cardoor! Wow!"

Good tow had 2 done but wd40 in the glove box went missing didn’t really like that

Towed my car for the snow ban without any prior warning (told me to check Facebook more often), and charged me $130 to get it back. Woman on the phone was super snarky too, I’d recommend any other company in the city over this one

i feel like PETA should be contacted.It is not humane to have an actual cow working the front desk.

Terrible experience. My car’s battery died. Called this towing company, very sweet lady on the phone says the tow truck will come give us a boost.This guy Ryan comes 50 mins later and charges us over $140 to tow us to a Canadian Tire (his suggestion) at which the auto shop ended up being closed for the weekend. He then says he’ll have to charge us again to re-tow us somewhere else.FUNNIEST PART - we told him we just need a boost countless amount of times and he refused saying he won’t waste his time boosting our car on the highway because that’s not the issue (we didn’t even need a tow he jus wanted the $$). At the Canadian tire he still refused to give us the boost we literally called this guy for. We asked someone else in the parking lot and are now on our way back to Ontario - been driving for hours without any issues at all. Just got scammed…Ryan, if you see this, hope ur worst days are ahead of you lol. Jk but if someone asks for a boost next time, just perform the service they’re paying you for brother.

They really helped me out when I had an emergency. The receptionist was so kind and the man who helped us was generous, funny, and friendly. I am so thankful for their help! Incredibly fast response time, as well. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I had a good experience, the service representative and the driver Darren were friendly and professional
