My physiotherapist here is experienced and has been ae to help me when I'd lost hope. It sounds melodramatic but it's true. When your body isn't cooperating with you for basic functions like walking, it's hard to keep your head up. Now I've been cane-free for a year thanks to this clinic! I highly recommend!

Bonnie Ho takes such good care of me! Middle age has brought me some interesting challenges and injuries and Bonnie gets me up and running in no time. In addition to a hands on approach, she develops effective home routines, and needles me (IMS and acupuncture) when I need it.

Lora did an amazing job on my back. I walked in with so much pain and I was shifted to the right. She knew exactly what was wrong with me. I left definitely straighter. I feel so much better after that. She also gave me a lot of tips about my posture and how to sleep to prevent any more injury. I'm very thankful!

Laura is a great physiotherapist, my sacrum has been out for years now because of my physically demanding job and she fixed it within 2 minutes of easy painless stretching. My hip was also rotated and she de-rotated within seconds. I have not felt pain or any unease at all here. My manulife insurance covered all of my appointments and all I provided was my plan number and everything else is done by the receptionist. I highly recommend this clinic.Free parking (a few spots) available in the back of the building in the alley.Thanks Laura!

I have been seeing Bonnie Ho for quite long time . She is very knowledgeable and friendly person.I am still getting treated by her for my lower back pain.I have this condition since 8 years but i never met a doctor like her who understand patients pain and treat so efficiently.

I was calling about booking initial visit using AADL funding for low income amputee who requires physical therapy and the receptionist was cut me off and said oh we don't deal with that here. I was trying to explain where I received the information, to see was it miscommunication, but she cut me off again and said we don't deal with that here bye and hung up! I feel she was discriminating based on his disability because she denied speaking with me further after hearing he was an amputee. Extremely unprofessional !!
