Modern Windows

We just had two projects finished by Modern, and have been very happy with their commitment to quality work, and post-project support. Little problems with the work were remedied almost instantly (same day-ish) and never once has anyone in the building hesitated to help when asked. They may not be the best option for a budget-concious project, but we feel the long-term relationship is worth a few extra dollars. Another top-notch Powell River business, highly recommend.

We recently renovated a home in Gibsons and bought the most beautiful black framed windows from Modern. The windows are beautiful (I mean above and beyond) the install was professional and James, our sales rep took very good care of us. We highly recommend Modern Windows.

I’m very pleased with my experience with Modern Windows. They were responsive to my emails, gave a reasonable quote, kept to the promised schedule, did a great job of installing and left my home in good condition. It seems not a lot to ask to have a company show up and do the job as promised but, in my experience, it’s a hard thing to come by! These guys came through as promised!

Our big, eager pup busted our front window yesterday. It was traumatic (dog is fine, as is my friend who was dropping off a book, thankfully), and I could not be happier with our service from Modern. It's replaced already, perfectly. Our service person was very professional, kept me informed as he was going along, had some good stories, and even cleaned up immaculately when he was done. We are happy with the new gutters. They look great and have leaf guards. There are also four clean outs at the four corners of the home. Waiting for some rain to see how well it all works. I am sure it will work just great. The guys doing the work were great too.

Modern Windows did an amazing job in selling and installing a 60 feet glass railing on my beach cabin. Regardless of the install being located on Savary Island, which is pretty complicated and a remote, Dan's entire team was awesome. They were on-time, polite and professional all the way thru. From my first call to get a quote to my last call to confirm warranty, all was smooth and cordial. It was the best experience I've had in a long time in the area. I absolutely recommend them. The most important factor for me was their transparency and willingness to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. It seems simple, but in reality its hard to find great professionals that care. They have earned a customer for life. :)
