After repair of my new Pixel 5 phone three times, Telus said they're going to replace my phone for free under manufacturer's warranty as it's still fairly new (4 months old) but then when I went into the store all they did was try to upsell me into a new contract which I thought was very dishonest and a new phone. Terrible.

My experience to Telus Mobility in Cornwall was absolutely terrible, I was there to pay my phone bill and had to wait, while I was there, all of the other customers in the store, were of obvious minority, and couldn't keep their rude comments to themselves about how we looked and called us names (they were speaking in their language to keep us from understanding what they were saying) but provocative English abusive names (I will not repeat in this complaint) broke in the mix of their sentences and I realized it was only me and my uncle that matched their rude names. Not only was it the customers in these conversations but the people working there too! I told my uncle what they were saying, they apparently heard it and were only surprised it took us that long to figure out what they were up to and laughed. And to top it off, every employee was busy and made us wait 20 minutes of listening to these rude individuals. I'm surprised the employee didn't do anything about it, but then again they were speaking to them in the same language as them, overall I felt offended by what I witnessed in that store today. I will be doing my business online now because of this hurtful experience.
