Ross is great, fast service and gave us the best price of several quotes. Then when we had a spring break he was out the same day, within hours and fixed the problem in the middle of winter and for a very good price.

Highly recommend Ross at Tri-City Garage door. Great to deal with. I had my doors installed a few years ago, and I've been happy every since. No problems.

Tricity was recommended by my neighbour. The work and product he got from Tricity looked great and he was very satisfied so we decided to request a quote in January. Ross did the quote. He was a nice personable person. We agreed to order a garage door which we were told it would arrive sometime in late February to mid March. Both months come and go and no contact from Tricity. I send an email and no response. I call Ross and am told it might arrive in mid April. April comes and goes, no follow, no contact, no response to multiple emails and phone calls. It is now May, I don't even know if Ross ordered my door. Did not respond to my voicemail. I am honestly incredibly dissatisfied with the customer service and communication with this company. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody personally. Don't know what's going on, but I am now looking for another company to replace my door.

We just had a new garage door installed by Tri City Garage Doors, and we couldn't be happier, Ross was a pleasure to work with and had the door installed right away. They were very professional and the door was installed quickly, we would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new garage door.

Our garage door cable broke (tore apart) yesterday (Sunday - obviously), and I called Ross this morning to find out when he could come out to repair it. He was able to come within an hour, fixed it very quickly, for a very reasonable price. This is the 2nd time he has helped us with our garage door (which had not been installed by him, came with the house when we purchased it), and it was both times a great experience. Much appreciated. Radio silence. Ross came out mid summer to measure our garage for an estimate. We subsequently booked the installation. We were even OK with taking a door Ross had in inventory from a declined client because we liked the colour that they hadn't - win/win for both parties?. Agreed to a favorable pricing & thought everything was a go. 6 months later, no installation & even more disappointing, no reply to multiple follow-ups. Will be going with another company in the spring.

Ross is awesome! He is responsive to your needs, honest, and a very good communicator. His prices are quiet inexpensive as he will not try to upsell you to anything that you do not need. He called me back right away and replaced my garage door spring the same day. His price was under what the website said you can expect to pay for the service. I highly recommend him for any garage door repair. I will definitely be calling Tricity Garage Door the next time I need any service again!
