I feel lucky to have this real good garage right here in town. I highly recommend the place because the mechanics are courteous & friendly, they've been more than helpful with my 2010 Focus.

Worst owner ever....very disrespectful towards me and my vehicle....over charging for unnecessary part not needed, told to get my part and bring it...not interested once I brought the part said can't fix it like that....well to bad buddy I'll go somewhere else to get my vehicle fixed.

Bought a 48 year old car near Ottawa through private sale with a safety certificate from this place. The safety was a key deciding factor for me. Upon visual inspection, both front brake flex hoses were severely cracked and split from years of deterioration. FAIL. Would post a picture if I could. Wasn’t too happy when I found this out. Shameful.

Bring your vehicle to this garage! Typically, I repair most of my mechanical issues because I enjoy getting my hands dirty, and enjoy learning, but sometimes I don't have time and therefore have to rely on a mechanic.That said, Paquette garage is where you want your vehicle... friendly/knowledgeable owner and staff make it a very pleasant experience... not to mention, that they will repair, only, what needs repair, but they will also inform you of, possible, future issues.Cheers,Brian

Jean-Luc is the best! Helpful, courteous and to the point in his explanations. He triple checked my car when I went in for a bearing change. He helped me sell my car and the only thing he hasn’t done is mow my lawn. Highly recommend this guy!
