Ordered buffalo mary combo. Waited a while, got to the window and had to repeat my order again. Continued waiting for about 15 minutes. Came home, sandwich had barely any buffalo sauce and was soggy from the chicken sitting out too long. Not the first time at this location. The staff are not trained the best.

How could a restaurant be closed before its closing period (10pm). Well Mary brown was closed thats what the representative told me on the drive thru that restaurant closed exactly at 9.45pm. How could someone experience worst service from a food chain restaurant than that?I would like to address this issue to the owner to please keep an eye on the opening and closing period and on the inventory as well. Cz apparently while i asked how is it closed already, the rep girl said they are out of chicken. LOLGuys please don’t bother going to the store even 30 mins before the closing time of the store because they wont even take your orders and just say that the restaurant is closed already

Unimpressed with this penny pinching location. Extremely stingy wimpy portions. They give you better portions at any other location. I ordered waffle fries as a side and I kid you not there was only 5 waffle fries in the bag, I could literally count them. I’ve gotten waffle fries at the Erb location and they didn’t rip me off like this.

New place at Waterloo location. The place is clean and spacious. The spicy chicken is spicy. It's good except too salty. The tater seems some not cook through.

Horrible food quality at this Mary browns. Ordered Nashville potato tatters and big Mary sandwiches. Potato tatters tub was filled with oil and fried chicken in the sandwich had inedible layering.

Mary Brown's Chicken
First time here last week and have been here twice since. Had the 2 piece special all 3 times and just Fantastic all 3 times. Not greasy, lots of meat, hot and fresh. Excellent meals!! Please keep up the good work and thanks for restoring my faith in Fried Chicken Chains. (Popeyes and KFC never again)

This was my first time ever having Mary Brown's and I was very pleased with my experience. Not only with how good the food was but also how clean the operation was run. Ali was very friendly and pleasant to deal with and will definitely be going back again

Great food but waiting over 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru is a little ridiculous.Delay continued when they tried to hand me the wrong meal!

I just had the Spicy Big Mary combo, this is my first time ever trying Mary Browns chicken it was very good and not bland, could of had a bit more spice to it as it is called the Spicy Big Mary, also I highly recommend trying there Nashville Taters I could eat a large bucket of those.
