Very professional service. The guy was friendly. He explained all questions I had asked about the piano. For example, when I asked about the best indoor humidity for maintaining the piano, he opened the area at the bottom half of the piano and explained the build-in device regulated its suitable humidity all year around. He had noticed my piano was a bit too close to the vent and further suggested that I could close this vent. Appreciate so much for his service.I have booked the next tuning in November directly with him so I could make sure I won't miss it. I was very glad that he did not ask me to book it via the website but immediately took out his device and put my next tuning appointment to this calendar. He is very customer-oriented and have provided an excellent customer service. He is one of the best professional that Ottawa should be proud of. For sure he is a professional who loves and cares the pianos and the customers.

My piano sounds wonderful after being tuned by David Anderson. He was very thorough and took his time tuning. The appointment was easy to book via email. Prices are comparable to other professional tuners. I respected the fact that he didn't push other services or try to force future appointments. Best of all though is how great my piano sounds! Highly recommended.
