No problem here. 2 hours and my laundry was done. I don’t think the Asian gentleman speaks much English and I don’t think he has any interest in chatting. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but I didn’t encounter any drama from the locals.

Wouldn't let me so my own laundry. Insisted it was drop off only. Cost $55 dollars to so what I thought was 4 loads. (Not folded) Also used my laundry soap and used a whole bottle of Tide that was meant to do 20 loads. Other than that ok.

Yesterday, I brought in my pillow and told the woman there that I was worried I'd been sick for the last two weeks because at the beginning of those two weeks, I'd gotten back a damp pillow that stayed damp overnight from another place I get laundry done. So I told her I really wanted the pillow dry. She nodded and seemed to completely understand and asked for an extra $2 for a total of $17 to do the job, which I happily gave in the hopes it would actually be done properly. She asked me to come back at 4 pm, and I showed up a little after that. The pillow seemed cool and like it might have been a little moist, but I dropped it off at home and went to the hospital because I still felt I was getting a little sicker or feeling a little worse that very day. I got home after 10 pm, checked the pillow and, yes, it was actually slightly moist. I was angry. But, I put on the brand new pillow cover I'd bought that day and a pillow case and went to bed.Today, after close to 12 hours of sleep, I went back and told the same woman and she immediately went about fixing it, seeming to agree that it was a little moist to the touch. I came back hours later to a warm pillow and she seemed to offer to dry it more if it was still moist, but I said it should be fine. She told me the pillow got a total of five hours in the dryer yesterday and today and took $11 worth of drier time. I reached for my wallet, but she put up her hands and seemed to refuse, so I told her I'd come back, and I did with a $5 bill once I had change, insisted when she seemed to refuse again, and came home to write this. For anyone actually taking my rating and words seriously, I can't give them a 5-star in good conscience because people working in a laundromat and even doing the laundry for customers should really know how long this pillow or that pillow takes to wash and dry. I should not have had to come back a second time. They should also know how to use their equipment to get the best results. I've read that tennis balls or dryer balls are recommended, though that might be to keep the insides of a pillow from clumping. But I also wouldn't want to give them a lower rating, despite my initial disappointment. I feel better giving them the benefit of the doubt for seeming so concerned and seeming to refuse more money despite the length of time it took to dry my pillow.Personally, I'd be willing to come back and trust the people working here again with my laundry and if I came back with my pillow, I'd probably insist on paying them $20 at first and perhaps reminding them how long it took last time.I do not think my very slightly but noticeably moist pillow negatively affected my health in my sleep last night.

No issues. C$15 for 10lbs, got it back folded. 'not folded' is a bit cheaper. Only drop-off at the moment. Done in 3hours. Totally fine service as our washing machine was not working at the time.

Same as all others experience. I walked in, and got the worst experience of my life in dealing with a business. I had my clothes to wash with me, a crisp $20 and ready to wash. His first words to me were No thank you". Followed by "you can go". I wouldn't be surprised if this pathetic dump isn't a money laundering front for yaun. No way this horrible service can survive in downtown Vancouver. Avoid this garbage"

When needing to do laundry this was great. The area outside is not the best area, but inside is fine. They have lots of machines and will make change for you if you need. The where are quick about 20 mind and the dryers you pay based on how much time you want. You can also pay to have someone do your laundry.. but it's easy either way.

Not the most salubrious establishment but the machines were clean and worked well. Detergent and change available. Proprietor had a bit of communication problem but just smile and be polite and he was helpful, even loaded the washer and dryer with coin for us. $4.50 for a wash and dryer! It would have been $109.00 at the hotel, no kidding.

This laundromat is the WORST I have ever been in !!! It is Dirty. Smelly, Their is black mold on the ceiling & walls. The owner is the RUDEST, IMPOLITE, & NON- HELPFUL person I have ever met !!!!Overhalf of their machines were either broken or held closed with duct tape. I used 1 washer & when I returned to put my clothes in the dryer the owner was going through my wash like he was looking for something. VERY ANGRY. I did not even stay to finish my load of laundry.I left with my still wet laundry !!!This place should be closed and the owner should be investigated !!!DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!!!

Basically your only option if you live downtown. Drop off service is convenient and reasonably priced, but be aware that it’s a 10lb minimum charge. Also, be aware that random items will go missing and they are not held responsible (due to the sign that says so). In the year and a half I’ve been going there (using the drop off service specifically), I have lost 4 items and have gained 1 of someone else’s (one sock, so kind of useless). The do-it-yourself option might be better if you’re not ok with losing an item or two every so often.Don’t even begin to expect anything in the way of customer service, because you most likely won’t find it here. However, the turnaround time is incredible for drop off service (usually within 2 hours). You have to take the bad with the good I suppose.
