Alyson and her team have been so helpful. They do an amazing job with cleaning my home. The one time that something was missed, she was amazingly receptive to hear the feedback and ensured it was taken care of right away. That to me speaks volume! And I've never had it missed again. :) The team is nothing but polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this company! Great customer service.

Premium Green Cleaning
We have been using Premium Green Cleaning for about 6 months now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They are so thorough and meticulous in their efforts, and are always willing to help out with problem areas (we have pets). They haven’t only given us a clean home, they have given us a happier family because we are so much less stressed. We get to do more with our lives because we don’t have to spend the weekend cleaning.

When I first spoke with Alyson she as very agreeable and pleasant. She came to my home with Charlene and did a great job cleaning however things went down hill from there. During our initial conversation I was very clear with my needs, the same person to come every 2 weeks, on the same day, in the morning. Over the next two weeks she offered me afternoon appointments and a subcontractor, totally ignoring my clear needs. Also, after responding to her confirmation text message in less than 35 min she reminded me to confirm appointments immediately because she is very busy.I believe she did a good job cleaning, but very difficult to work with.
