Honestly as someone who’s worked in clinics in all sorts of roles, I don’t usually leave bad reviews cuz some days are just worse than others, and patients don’t understand that; but it’s been about a year and I still can’t get this experience out of my head. This clinic is a true disgrace. As someone has already said, their confidentiality/information lock up practices are absolutely atrocious for a healthcare setting, the wait times (with an appointment that was booked well in advance, keep in mind) were still over 2 hours (good thing I wasn’t at work for that time), and when I finally did see the doctor, I was DISGUSTED to find out that she was more interested in prescribing me pills for psychiatric illnesses rather than confront the (possibly) asthmatic issues I was having, & simple routine check-up I was looking for. I only told her those illnesses as a way to demonstrate my openness and honesty as a patient, and immediately regretted it. When I informed her I was not comfortable in being prescribed those pills from a GP, and would seek a psychiatrist who specializes in that type of treatment if I wanted it, I was told that I would not be a “good fit for her”, and that all of my other issues would need another appt (which is kinda becoming a standard nowadays, I understand that, even if it’s inconvenient). But essentially I went and wasted 3 hours of my time and didn’t get anything solved. And left with an absolute disdain for that clinic and all the doctors there, even if they are all not the same. This clinic is not here to help patients, they are here to make money. And if your illness/issue is treated in the meantime, great; but that is very clearly NOT their first priority. It’s a shame cuz the facility itself & services they offer would be awesome if they were better managed.Edit: I don’t feel I should have to explain this; but from the comments defending this place, maybe I do: The reason it is frustrating is that when you are told you can only address one or two issues at a time (depending on the severity, and we’re not even talking about discussing treatment, just a simple discussion about the different symptoms, because apparently each SYMPTOM located in a different area of the body, is a different issue? Sometimes yeah, but like c’mon now; THAT is detrimental to health treatments, that’s the reason some people go 2+ years never being able to figure out their random (but related) issues until someone gives them the time to fully explain what’s been going on), and yet you are waiting 2+ hours because “patients may need a longer appointment”. I’m sorry, maybe if that was once or twice we could pretend, but it is apparent from the reviews, that this is POOR policies and POOR management, either on the doctor’s side, or the supporting staff’s side. If you have a doctor here that works great, then I’m glad you have that, truly and I don’t mean to turn you off from them specifically; but understand that this is ATROCIOUS behaviour EVEN if they were a walk-in clinic.

A year ago my Dr retired and suggested I try this clinic. At first I could see they were overwhelmed by the influx of a retiring Dr's patients, but a year later things are running smoothly. It is easy to book, reception is moving quickly and my appointments are timely. And I like my new doctor!

While I can’t yet speak to the clinic’s service as I just had to book an appointment, the waiting time was short and the receptionist was quite nice!Edit after 1st appointment:The facility was clean and inviting. The receptionist and my doctor was great!

Terrible clinic!!!! What’s the point in even booking appointments because when you show up for your appointment time you still have to sit and wait a minimum of an hour or two to see the doctor! Might as well just do walk in and you might see the doctor quicker.Calling this clinic is even worse! I’ve sat on hold for over an hour on several occasions just to book an appointment that the doctor will be an hour or two late for! Terrible customer service and no respect for their clients or their busy lives!!!!If you need a family doctor wait it out somewhere else. Don’t be desperate and choose this place, you will regret it.

Maybe it’s different as a walk-in clinic vs having a family doctor, but I don’t understand the negative reviews. Our Dr (Dada) is lovely, and the receptionists and nurses were all helpful and kind - though very busy. We also went right in both times, and our family was able to get all our appointments together. Maybe try to get a morning appointment, as that’s what we had - maybe it gets busier later in the day.

We started going here 2 years ago when our first child was born. The wait on the phone/in person was always short, the clinic itself was clean and the doctors were amazing. I am now currently pregnant with our second child and this clinic has completely gone downhill. First off, the phone wait times. The last time I called to schedule an appointment, I was put into a queue of 15 people, it took a total of an hour and 15 minutes to schedule a prenatal and ultrasound appointment.. frustrating to say the least. I sorted out child care for our toddler, as it was an anatomy scan and they warned me it would be about an hour long and then the prenatal appointment after, so I would be in the clinic for at least 2 hours. Now, 2 and a half days before my appointment they have called to reschedule as there won’t be an ultrasound tech in that day. What a waste of my time. The time it took to call and wait to schedule and the time it took to find childcare. Now another issue I’ve had, it’s from the get go my physician told me that he would need to refer me to an OB, not a problem, I understand as I’ve been pregnant before. I’ve requested a referral to an OB at every appointment now, and have gotten no where. I’ve mostly kept requesting a referral because quite frankly, I am sick of having to deal with this office. I am sick of the phone wait times, and not pleased that I have had to reschedule twice. It’s very disappointing as we really do love our physician, he’s great with our son and me. Most of our problems lie with the front desk. They definitely need some serious help up there.

I should have given a zero star. One of the receptionist was so rude on the phone. Telling me no no that’s incorrect when she would have politely told me what to do. She did not even allow me finish making my inquiry. I told her she did not have to be rude to make her point and she got angry. I hung up because I will not take that. You guys need to do better. I’d rather not come near you than have to speak to someone that is obviously tired of her job.

Not sure what people are seeing that makes them say it's dirty or unkempt. Other than empty vending machines I've never had a problem with the look of the place. Yes they are busy so you have to wait your turn. Like all clinics they typically book 15 minute appointments, sometimes the patient needs/wants more time so they get behind; like every doctor's office I've ever been at. The more my doctor and I get to know each other the more confident I feel in him. Great place!

This is the worst clinic that I have ever been to. They make money off their patients by selling masks - it is required to wear it per the sign they put up, but they refuse to provide it. This was a total shock when this clinic is requiring patients to pay to access services. In addition, the doctor NEVER LOCK his computer, patients personal information are NOT secure!Wait time is ridiculous - previous appointments, I had to wait for 2+ hours every time. Will never be back and never recommend to anyone. It’s an absolutely waste of time.

Great Medical Clinic, splendid and warm experience from start to finish. I really appreciate Dr. George Tuwor taking time to process the diagnosis and my treatment options. The service that I received was magnificent. Dr. George Tuwor is incredible, lovely to speak with and provides outstanding quality medical care at every appointment. The entire staff at Evergreen Medical Clinic are beyond amazing, friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I never felt rushed. I would have no doubts in recommending the Clinic to anyone seeking quality medical care. Highly recommended.
