The gentleman that helped me was good but I had to wait over 10 minutes in line. To then be served at the same time as the drive thru. It confused me that there were multiple sandwiches in front of me while I only ordered one. He clarified that it’s not for me. The worst part is management must not be experienced in the service industry. Hockey season+ a long weekend makes lunch at this location busy. There should of been someone else there to help. Even if it was the manager if someone called in. You’re salary for a reason, get in and help out. The young white girl kept complaining about how busy it was and seemed like she doesn’t know a thing about how the industry works either but I’ll blame that on her age.

Went in there all the meat was discolored and dried out. When I asked the lady if she could use new or fresh meant to make my sub she said that the meat was fine. Also the lettuce was soggy and brown. Definitely will not be going back to that subway.

AMZINGLY, UNBELIEVABLE, AND BUILT TO PERFECTION, this restaurant deserves more then just 3.7 stars, Raman and Tarsinder made 60 footlong sandwiches, SIXTY!!!!, in an hour and a half. I was UNBELIEVABLY IMPRESSED.These ladies not only saved our day but shared a good laugh or too and they killed it, I'll never go to another subway again, and yes every sandwich was tightly wrapped, labeled, and INDIVIDUALLY DONE, they followed my ask perfectly,these deserve to pass go and collect $200, please use them as your subway of choice I know I will.(Sandwiches made 10 veggie, 10 BMT, 10 BLT, 10 Grilled chicken, and 10 teriyaki)

They ask for a tip but can't even be bothered to put napkins in the bag.Seriously, put napkins in the bag. I don't want to grab a handful from a dispenser and have a ball of loose napkins.If I could rate 0/5 I would.

A lovely person named Tarsinder made my sandwich this evening in a timely matter, and it tasted delicious.However, there was a very disrespectful and unprofessional employee along side her named Ashley who came around the corner mentioning that, “the sauce has been left out since 1pm” then proceed to say she wanted to, “kill this person” who ordered 5 subs on Skip The Dishes, and dissing the fact that some of them were gluten free. (I had my gluten free sandwich in the toaster at the time) Please make an effort to stress professionally when hiring teenagers.

Cashier speaks little english. Was asking for 12” they gave me 6”, did pay over 10 dollars maybe from the tip but i don’t think they deserved it. Unwrapping my sandwich to realize there wasn’t any veggie at all. Normally they would ask u but i was just told to pull up to the window because she couldn’t understand me. Sandwich came with some bacon rance and chicken, on a 6”. The food didn’t look appetizing.

Only one person on in the AM to serve drive through and counter, but at least she knows what she's doing. The other girl doesn't and butchered my order.To the owner; get it together and come in yourself if you can't hire someone.
