Westbrook Manor

I've been a tenant for almost a year, and I just want to let potential in-coming tenants know, this is not a smoke-free building. Many tenants smoke in their units and on their balconies. If you have any allergies to either tobacco or marijuana smoke, I'd avoid this building. Many non-smoking tenants have complained to the on-site building managers and nothing has been done to enforce the non-smoking policy.This property is managed by Ayre & Oxford, but the management company is difficult to contact if you are unable to get assistance from the on-site managers.It is especially bad when the smoke comes in through the main vents in the lobby. See attached for images of the accrued grime on said vents.
