Its a nice gym really and staff is excellent.But if im a full time student and ive paid my recreational fee why does it still cost a dollar for a daytime locker I feel it should be included considering how much we already pay. The lockers themselfs are full of rust and are in poor condition.

You'll see lots of people complaining here about how its' an old gym, old equipment etc, but in all honesty, I love it. If you're one of those people that needs to have the most up to date equipment then you probably don't care about your fitness all that much. It has everything you need to do a proper workout, and if you can't figure out a way to do that then I don't know what to tell you. A person who really wants to exercise and improve their physical abilities will be more than happy with it.

Gym is garbage, may sound rough but I mean come on. It’s in the basement of the school, no windows, equipment is very old. For being a school that offers a personal training program I feel like that gym should be an embarrassment. The staff is great and that’s about it.

Has a stand up boxing machine, while okay for punching it doesn't compare to hitting a heavy bag or just ordinary boxing bag. I believe these types of equipment are essential in providing release from our fight and flight mechanisms. Taking out aggression physically is not only a excellent source of cardiovascular but increases bone density on impact and increases full body awareness and musculature. Gym could also use a jacobs ladder for cardio, more mirrors if possible and a couple of flexibility machines.

Gym has all the basic weightlifting equipment, many of which are newly replaced! There's a running track that surrounds the arena, and squash and racquetball courts. The small bouldering area (free rental shoes) and saunas are now open. Sadly the pool has been closed permanently.

Overall, not a bad gym at all. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the cost is quite a bit cheaper than most gyms offering the similar amenities. The gym is quite old, with most of the equipment likely being just as old, but all the essentials are there. They’re doing a good job of transitioning into new, quality equipment, as seen with a lot of new cardio equipment, and the relatively new strength and conditioning lab. Aside from the confusing layout and location of the gym within the building, it definitely has some perks that make it worth a visit.

Older equipment. It's a convenient gym that offers all the essentials. They recently received a couple new pieces of equipment including battle ropes. Let's not forget to mention they have a sauna.
